obtained master's degree in genetic breeding in1985;

In 1992, he worked as associate professor;

In 1995, he was appointed as the deputy general manager of Hunan International Enterprise Cooperation Company;

In 1999, he founded Hunan Hongli Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. as the general manager and chairman of the board;

In 2005, he obtained a doctorate in crop cultivation and farming, and stayed at Hunan Agricultural University for teaching and research;

In 2007, he worked as a full professor.

Main Awards
