Resume

He graduated with a master's degree from the Department of Agricultural Economic Management in the School of Economics and Management of Northwest A&F University in 1990. In 1993, he obtained his doctor's degree from the Department of Agricultural Economic Management at the same university. He was then appointed as a teacher in the College of Economics in Hunan Agricultural University and soon became the dean of the economic management college in December 1996. In 2004 he was appointed as the assistant to the Principal of Hunan Agricultural University and has become Vice-Chancellor of the University since Feb, 2007.

Projects

He has successively presided and participated in more than 30 scientific research projects. Among them, he has presided over two research projects backed by the National Natural Science Foundation, participated in two projects sponsored by the National Social Science Foundation and the National Natural Science Foundation respectively

Papers and Works

He has published more than 110 articles in important domestic academic journals, among which more than 10 articles have been reproduced in full-text by the copies of newspapers and periodicals of Renmin University of China and journals such as Agricultural Economy, Hunan Resource Development and Management, and Commercial Economy. Moreover, he has published 5 monographs, presided and participated in the writing of 10 textbooks.
