Obtained his Ph.D. degree from Northwest A&F University in June 2006, a visiting scholar in collaborative research on poor quality water use and soil remediation at the Salinity Laboratory of the United States Department of Agriculture and the University of California, Riverside from January 2012 to June 2014. | ||
