She obtained Bachelor of Plant Protection of Hunan Agricultural University in 1983and Master of Plant Pathology of Hunan Agricultural University in 1999, Ph.D. degree of Crop cultivation and Tillage of Hunan Agricultural University in 2004.

She was granted Professor II of Plant Protection School of Hunan Agricultural University in 2015;

She was Professor of Institute of Bio-safety Science and Technology of Hunan Agricultural University in 2013;

In 2011, She studied as visiting scholar of Institute of Tropical and Horticultural Research of University of Florida;

In 2004, she was granted Professor of Institute of Bio-safety Science and Technology of Hunan Agricultural University and professor of Chinese Academy of Quarantine Sciences (further study), Professor of Plant Inspection Institute in 2003;

In 2001, she studied at Chinese Academy of military Medical Sciences (further study), Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of military Medical Sciences (CAS), Chinese Academy of military Medicine (further study), Institute of Microbiology;

In 1998-2001, she obtained Associate Professor of Institute of Microbiology of Chinese Academy of Science and in 1998 Associate Professor of Institute of Plant Science and Technology of Hunan Agricultural University;

In 1994 she was granted Associate Professor of Department of Agronomy of Hunan Agricultural College;

In 1984-1989 lecturer of Department of  Agronomy of Hunan Agricultural College.
